Official beginning of Phase II today
We signed away the rest of our lives to First National Bank with the construction mortgage.

Mortgage application
Yesterday the Baron met with Matt at First National Bank of Pennsylvania to discuss the mortgage and brought home papers for me to sign. Their application seemed a bit more friendly and 4% for 12 months interest only on the construction loan sealed the deal. One more step closer.
