The earth-bermed house on 219 Beaver Road was sold for $31K and now is being demolished. There is a big dumpster and a shovel. I don't think the house had been updated since the '70s. It will be interesting to see what happens on that property.
445 Beaver is for sale for $220K. 449 Beaver sold earlier asking $325K.
It's hard to believe we are among the longest residents on Beaver Rd. The trailer on the corner has been here longer and so have the people next to Merchs but our little subdivision is stable.
