Wunderground seems to have changed the monthly graph to omit precip. Here's my manual work around.

August Weather

We knew it was a great August, weather-wise, but for the high to be only 91 and the low to be 52.9 is amazing. State College recorded and 92.5 and 49.5 with almost an inch of rain on Aug 12. That storm did some damage to our road, but nothing a load of rocks tailgated by Tressler and Fedor couldn't fix.

July weather and egg count

A cool wet July meant great sleeping weather. We approached 50 degrees several nights; that was blanket weather and was the talk of the town. Not good for tomatoes but the mushrooms are doing well in the forest. The gully washer on July 23 did some damage to the road which was made worse on July 30-31. The Baron spent a couple of hours on the tractor retrieving washed out rock and replacing it, but we're going to need another couple of truck loads. Most of the damage was low on the driveway; the long straight-away had 6-8" canyons where the water was able to pick up speed.
Even though those are the joys of living high on the hill we wouldn't have it any other way.
